Jaclyn Adams

Co-Owner and Teacher

Jaclyn Adams is co-founder of Tiny Tutus Dance Center. She was raised in her family’s dance studio, Mulford Dance Studio in Mt. Ephraim, NJ, beginning lessons at the age of three and continues to dance even today! She has competed and received top honors on the national level, performed with the Al Albert’s Showcase, in local and nationwide shows, the Channel 6 Thanksgiving Day Parade including Disney productions, and the Washington DC Cherry Blossom Parade. In addition to over 20 years of dance training, her experience in and eductation of the dance industry includes working the front and back office at Mulford Dance Studio, student teaching at Mulford Dance Studio, dance conventions such as the Tremaine Dance Convention and taking classes at Broadway Dance Center in New York City. She continues her training by attending leading workshops and conventions each year. Miss Jaclyn has certifications in USA Gymnastics Safety and Progressive Ballet Technique.

 

Miss Jaclyn attended college at the renowned Fashion Institute of Technology in New York City where she received degrees in Fashion Merchandising and Advertising and Marketing. Jaclyn would like to thank Kris, Addison, William and Kolby for their constant love, support and encouragement while she follows her dreams! She is so excited to share this experience with her Aunt Susan and is thrilled to share her passion for dance and education with her new family at Tiny Tutus Dance Center!

Susan Siegel

Co-Owner and Teacher

Susan Mulford Siegel is co-founder of Tiny Tutus Dance Center and the Artistic Director/Owner of Kids Dance Mobile. Susan has been dancing since the age of 5 and feels blessed to have been able to train, both as a dancer and teacher, under the tutelage of Nancy Mulford And Kim Mulford Farmer of the Nancy Mulford Studio of Dance in Mt. Ephraim NJ: a leader in dance education for over 60 years. The foundation of respect for the art of dance and for the children she is entrusted to teach was instilled at an early age through these 2 dynamic and wonderful teachers.

 

Susan has been involved as both a dancer and choreographer in local and regional shows, numerous community outreach projects, the Channel 6 Thanksgiving Day Parade, Washington DC Cherry Blossom Parade and has taught and choreographed many award winning competition teams over the years.  She has trained and inspired students of all ages and levels through the years and loves the inspiration and challenges of every age and level!  She is currently a contributor to an educational dance blog called Maria's Movers. Miss Susan is certified in USA Gymnastics Safety.

Susan continues her training by attending leading teacher’s workshops and conventions each year working with leading teacher/choreographers. She would like to thank her husband and 2 daughters for all of their love and support in her endeavors. Susan brings her 28 years of expertise, love and fun to each and every class she teaches.

Lauren Dougherty

Teacher and Front Desk

Lauren has studied dance since the age of 2. Her training included ballet, lyrical, tap, hip hop, street jazz and acrobatics at Mulford Dance Studio in Mt. Ephraim, NJ. She was also involved in cheerleading growing up and went on to coach 5-8 year olds in Gloucester Township for 3 years. Miss Lauren has certifications in USA Gymnastics Safety and Progressive Ballet Technique.

Lauren's love of children led her to teaching in a local preschool for 6 years. She has a bachelors degree in Health Science with a concentration in Occupational Therapy from Stockton University. Lauren loves her students at Tiny Tutus!

Samantha Ell

Teacher

Samantha began dancing at the age of 2 at her local studio in Mays Landing, NJ.  While there, she then began teaching for a total of 8 years.  In addition, Sam was also a member of her high school dance team and briefly danced at Stockton University.  Over the years she has studied ballet, jazz, tap, clogging, hip hop, middle eastern, and contemporary. 

 

Sam graduated in 2016 from Stockton University with a bachelors degree in Health Science with a concentration in Communication Disorders and a minor in Childhood Studies.  She is now attending graduate school at Stockton University working towards her Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology. 

Miss Sam is in her second year with Tiny Tutus and has already become a beloved teacher and member of our staff! She looks forward to another fun and exciting year with the Tutus family!

Ariana Ferrari

Teacher and Front Desk

Ariana began her dance career at Mulford Dance Studio when she was just two years old. She has performed extensively throughout the area including Philadelphia Thanksgiving Day Parade, 76ers games, Carnival Cruise Line, Walt Disney World, Cherry Blossom Festival in Washington DC, to just name a few. She has danced competitively as a member of Mulford Dance Company, winning top honors and special awards on a national level. Arianna stays active in the dance world by attending dance conventions such as The Pulse, NYCDA, Tremaine, and Monsters of Hip Hop. Her education in dance continues with master classes at Millenium Dance Complex in Philadelphia and Broadway Dance Center in New York City.

 

Ariana is looking forward to sharing her growing knowledge and love of dance with her students at Tiny Tutus Dance Center for many years to come.

Melanie Johnson

Teacher

Originally from the South Jersey area, Melanie began studying jazz, ballet and tap at the age of four with a local dance studio. As a talented and integral member of their dance company, Melanie performed in several county pageants as well as in the prestigious Miss New Jersey Pageant. Melanie also worked in a dance club where she performed original choreography inspired by popular music videos. She was so immersed in her art, that at the young age of fifteen, Melanie began teaching dance to others. At the age of twenty, Melanie ventured to New York City where she studied at Broadway Dance Center. She has been fortunate enough to share her passion for dance by teaching at several local studios as well as choreograph productions for the Voorhees Middle School Drama Club. Miss Melanie has certifications in USA Gymnastics Safety and Progressive Ballet Technique. 

Melanie is excited to have a hand in the development of our dancers!

Alyssa Maurer

Teacher and Front Desk

Alyssa began dancing at the age of 10, studying jazz and hip hop at her local studio in Fort Myers, Florida. At the age of 11, she joined her local studio’s competition team and added ballet, lyrical, and tap to her dance training. Since then, she has traveled locally to many competitions with her team & was an integral part of the dance program at her performing arts school. She moved to New Jersey before her junior year of high school and became a featured dancer in Cherokee High School’s production of Anything Goes. During her final year at Cherokee, she was a dance captain for the fall and spring musical. She is currently studying Business at Rowan College at Burlington County. She is certified in Progressive Ballet Technique.

Miss Alyssa is in her second year with Tiny Tutus and is a wonderful asset to our staff and is loved by all of her students! She is looking forward to many years to come with the Tutus family! 

Sabrina Mazzotta

Teacher

Sabrina began dancing at the age of four at Mulford Dance Studio. She has studied numerous styles of dance over the years including: Ballet, Tap, Jazz, Hiphop, Contemporary, Modern, Musical Theater, Pointe, and Hawaiian. She was part of the Mulford Dance Company for 10 years. With them she has performed in the Philadelphia Thanksgiving Day Parade, the Cherry Blossom Parade in Washington, DC, the Miss America Parade in Atlantic City, the Mummers Parade, and the West Chester Christmas Parade. As a company member, she has also performed for the Philadelphia 76ers and in Walt Disney World in Orlando, Florida. Sabrina has attended the NYCDA and Pulse Dance Conventions, along with performing at many Dance Competitions, bringing home many special awards and High Honors. Sabrina has also trained at the Edge Performing Arts Center in Los Angeles, California, Broadway Dance Center in NYC, Steps on Broadway in NYC, and the Millennium Dance Complex in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. She has also performed in many charity shows including Dance for Life. Sabrina graduated Magna Cum Laude from Rowan University in May of 2018 with a Bachelor of Arts in Dance.

 

Her dream is to become a Radio City Rockette someday! In fact, she was accepted into the elite Rockette Summer 2019 Intensive in New York City where the 6 day training ended with performances such as the 12 Days of Christmas, Christmas Dreams and Parade of the Wooden Soldiers at Radio City Music Hall! Sabrina is very excited to be joining the staff at Tiny Tutus. She is looking forward to sharing her growing knowledge and love of dance with many students!

Meg McCollum

Teacher

Meg started dance at the age of 3 at LeRoux School of Dance and then with Steppin' Out Academy for Performing Arts in Philadelphia. There she had the opportunity to perform in 6 ABC Welcome America Parade, Thanksgiving Day Parade along with being on the competition team and performing the Spanish Lead roll in the Nutcracker. She has attended local and national competitions including Tremaine and Co Dance and also performed in an Off-Broadway show "Break the Floor" choreographed by Gil Stroming.

Meg’s education was extended by attending University of the Arts Summer World of Dance and intensives at Koresh in Philadelphia. While she attended Temple University as a Broadcast major she worked as a dancer at Sesame Place. Meg graduated with a degree in Broadcast, Telecommunications and Mass Media. She has been teaching Hip Hop and Preschool level Ballet, Tap and Jazz for about 10 years and continues her education by taking online classes with Matt Steffanina and Dana Alexa along with attending workshops like The Pulse. She has choreographed performance teams for Performances at the Harlem Globetrotters and Philadelphia Soul. She also choreographed two high school musicals, Plymouth-Whitemarsh's productions of Beauty and the Beast and Titanic.

 

Meg currently reside in the Deptford area with my husband Tim and daughter Harper. She is in her second year with Tiny Tutus and is already an adored teacher and staff member!
