Our Annual Year End Recital preparations are well on their way, and we have been diligently planning an exciting end to our 2023-2024 season.
A dance recital is always an exciting time for a dancer and their families. It is our goal to make your dancer’s day as organized and exciting as possible!
Our recital depends on everyone's involvement to make it the success your child deserves. A recital is a team effort. Every dancer, parent, and teacher play a key role in the success of the show. We cannot do it without you!
This handbook contains all the necessary information you will need to make your recital experience an enjoyable one. Should you have any questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to ask. We thank you for the gift of your wonderful and talented children and look forward to working with you on this year's recital!

1. We Need Your Dancer's Picture!
Due March 15th
Each year at our Recital, we produce beautiful slideshows introducing our dancers before the show starts.
Click HERE for more info and to submit photos and answer.
All pictures/answers are due by March 15th. These do not need to be professional pictures! Using your phone is fine! We suggest posing your dancer against a plain background or wall so they stand out.
2. Recital Program Ads!
Due April 7th
Sending your favorite dancer a personalized "ad" in our recital program is a great way to commemorate their dance year.
Due to how popular the ads are and the limited space in the program book, we will only be selling 1/4 and 1/2 page ads.
How to place a Star Ad:
Choose ad size and make payment in our online store HERE
Ads will not be processed without payment.
Payment/Forms are Due by April 7th. No exceptions.
2. Once payment is made, use link in payment details
to submit form and photos.
The google form will ask you to either choose a predesigned template (we do the work-you provide the picture of your dancer) or you can choose to design your own ad. You will need to submit a separate form for each ad submitted but can pay for the total in one payment.

Recital Candy Bouquet
The perfect gift to celebrate your dancer's recital! These candy bouquets are sure to delight! The star of the bouquet is our commerative Tutus Recital 2024 ornament! The goodies continue with 2- Pink Pom Poms to cheer on your favorite dancers, 2- Gold "10" picks to celebrate Tutus 10th Year, 1 Gold Star Wand, 1 Gold Glitter lollipop, 2 Pink Swirl Lollipops, 1 full size Skittles and 1 full size Starburst. WE ARE PROUD TO BE ABLE TO GIVE OUR DANCERS AN OPPORTUNITY TO SHOWCASE WHAT THEY HAVE LEARNED ALL YEAR ON STAGE IN A PROFESSIONAL THEATER.
THE PROCEEDS FROM TICKET SALES ARE USED TO PAY FOR THE THEATER, SCENERY, LIGHTING AND BACKSTAGE CREWS. TO ENSURE THAT WE CAN CONTINUE TO SHOWCASE OUR STUDENTS IN A PROFESSIONAL THEATER, WE RELY ON OUR FAMILIES TO SUPPORT THEIR CHILD’S PERFORMANCE BY SELLING TICKETS.

IMPORTANT NOTE: When checking your dancer's Rehearsal/Recital day and time, please check the spelling of your dancer's name (this is how it will appear in our program book) and let our desk staff know ASAP if there are any corrections needed.
Individual/sibling photo sessions
Josh DeHonney will be at Tutus this year doing mini photo sessions for our recital track students and we are thrilled! There are a limited amount of slots and they will be available on a first come first served basis.

Dates: May 13-16 from 4:00pm-8:00pm
15 minute time slot per session
Sitting Fee per session: $40.00 (must be paid before scheduling time slot)
2 Digital Photo Options:
Digital Galleries: $200.00 (Unlimited downloads)
Single Downloads: $30.00
How it Works: 2-4 weeks after your dancers photo session, you will receive a link, via email, to view the edited gallery of images, typically 30 or 35 images. From there you will decide whether to choose the Digital Gallery or single download. There is no commitment to buy, but, we know you are going to love the photos! Once package is purchased, parents will have access right away to digital files forever and can print and share anywhere.
