Tutus Competition Team Audition Info
-Auditions will be held on May 20 & 21
-Please use dancer's current age as of the audition dates!
-If you cannot make the audition for your specific age range below, there will be a section in the form to note that.
-The makeup date will be Friday, May 22.
-Wednesday 4:45-5:45Primary Team Auditions - 5-8 yrs
-Wednesday 6-7:30Dance Company Auditions - 8-10 yrs
-Wednesday 7:45-9 Performance team auditions - 8+
-Thursday 5-7 pmDance company auditions - 11-13 years
-Thursday 7-9 pm Dance company auditions - 14+

Tutus Performance Team (for ages 8-13)
-
Will take around 4 hours of dance per week including a team hour where they will learn choreography for a competition dance.
-
They will have limited weekend committments and will participate in 2-3 competitions.

The Performance Team will not be eligible for solos/duos/special groups.
-
This group is perfect for the dancer who wants the competition experience but still wants to have time to try other activities.
Tutus Primary Team (for ages 6-8)

This is our youngest team and is the perfect introduction into the competition world.

Dancers will train in multiple styles with an emphasis on technique and performance in a fun, uplifting environment.

They take around 3-4 hours of dance per week and should plan on 1-2 weekend rehearsals a month between September and March.

Our Primary Team will attend a minum of 3 competitions a year.
Tutus Dance Company (for ages 8-18)

This is our advanced track and is for our most experienced and dedicated dancers.

The Company will be split into smaller groups based on age and level.
-
They may dance anywhere from 5-10 hours per week and should expect to rehearse most weekends from September-April.

The Company will attend a minimum of 3 competitions and at least 1 convention or workshop.
