Our Annual Year End Recital preparations are well on their way, and we have been diligently planning an exciting end to our 2022-2023 season.
A dance recital is always an exciting time for a dancer and their families. It is our goal to make your dancer’s day as organized and exciting as possible!
Our recital depends on everyone's involvement to make it the success your child deserves. A recital is a team effort. Every dancer, parent, and teacher play a key role in the success of the show. We cannot do it without you!
This handbook contains all the necessary information you will need to make your recital experience an enjoyable one. Should you have any questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to ask. We thank you for the gift of your wonderful and talented children and look forward to working with you on this year's recital!

1. We Need Your Dancer's Picture!
Due March 15th
Each year at our Recital, we produce beautiful slideshows introducing our dancers before the show starts.

All pictures/answers are due by March 15th. These do not need to be professional pictures! Using your phone is fine! We suggest posing your dancer against a plain background or wall so they stand out.
2. New!! Individual/sibling photo sessions
Josh DeHonney will be at Tutus this year doing mini photo sessions for our recital track students and we are thrilled! There are a limited amount of slots and they will be available on a first come first served basis.

Dates: Saturday, April 1st and Sunday, April 2nd from 9:00am-5:00pm
15 minute time slot per session
Sitting Fee per session: $40.00 (must be paid before scheduling time slot)
2 Digital Photo Options:
Digital Galleries: $200.00 (Unlimited downloads)
Single Downloads: $30.00
How it Works: 2-4 weeks after your dancers photo session, you will receive a link, via email, to view the edited gallery of images, typically 30 or 35 images. From there you will decide whether to choose the Digital Gallery or single download. There is no committement to buy, but, we know you are going to love the photos! Once package is purchased, parents will have access right away to digital files forever and can print and share anywhere.

3. Recital Program Ads!
Due April 1st
Sending your favorite dancer a personalized "ad" in our recital program is a great way to commemorate their dance year.
Due to how popular the ads are and the limited space in the program book, we will only be selling 1/4 and 1/2 page ads this year. We ask that you only place 1 ad per student until March 25th. After that date, any space left available in the program will be open to any and all until the April 1st deadline.
How to Submit a "Star" Ad:
Use the google form HERE to submit your ad information.
The google form will ask you to either choose a predesigned template (we do the work-you provide the picture of your dancer) or you can choose to design your own ad. You will need to submit a separate form for each ad submitted but can pay for the total in one payment.

Ads will not be processed without payment.
Payment/Forms are Due by April 1st. No exceptions.
